I wanted to thank you for the simple, welcoming website you have built for us. It reflects everything that was important to us (Lyttelton Community House Trust). For anyone considering using the services of Felicia from Tag Design, I would like to share my experience with you.

From the start the process was significantly slowed and halted due to my time constraints, this was not a problem for Felicia, she was adaptable and flexible and went with what worked for me, while also gently encouraging and keeping the momentum moving.

This is my first time working with a website designer and building a website. My vision from the start was to have a website that was simple and welcoming, but what it looked like beyond that I had no idea. Once Felicia started ‘mocking up’ with the limited information I had provided her, it started to take shape in My mind. I then overloaded Felicia with information, and we had a few interactions where it felt like we were speaking different languages.

Felicia remained committed to working with me, in different modalities (sometimes all in one day!), communication was on point, she worked at my pace and the times that I was available, (sometimes Friday nights via text and email). What we have ended up with is a welcoming, clear website, that really highlights exactly who we are and what we do. It is simple to navigate, and we are so incredibly proud to call it ours.
